Do you provide technical support over the phone or live chat?

Support is available by phone, live chat, and through the ticket system. While some things can be resolved over the phone or live chat, issues which require more in-depth investigation or upper-level staff will require that a ticket be opened. We prefer to have all communication on an issue in a written ticket so it can be easily passed along and referred to by support staff both now and in the future should the issue or one similar re-occur.
