Follow these steps to restore database from your backups using R1Soft:

1.
Log into cPanel

Access your cPanel account using your login credentials.

2. Open the R1Soft Restore Tool

In the Files section, click on the "R1Soft Restore Backups" icon.

3. Access the Backup Panel

You'll be redirected to the backup server interface (e.g., https://nasatXX.nocdirect.com/CP/), where you can see a list of available backups for your account.

4. Browse the Backup

To restore database, click the 'Browse Databases' icon (the second icon) next to the desired backup.

5.  Select and restore the database

You can view the available databases in your account as shown. If no databases are visible, click the dropdown button (highlighted in red) and select the database you want to restore (highlighted in blue). Then, click the 'Restore Selected' option to begin the restore process.

Note: This will overwrite the existing database.

6.  Restore options

After clicking the restore button, you'll see an 'InnoDB Force Recovery' option as shown below. In most cases, you can select '0' for a standard restore. If you encounter any errors, you can enable forced recovery by setting 'InnoDB Force Recovery' to 1.
